What can you bring to the table?

You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in an IT-support environment or you can prove that you are the right candidate because of your education and interest in IT.

You are communicative and have a customer-oriented attitude

You are analytical: the knowledge of the assigned applications, products or technology domains is used to carry out operational tasks independently. Understands problems in a short period of time. Analyses, with a minimum of information, the reported incidents. Knows the correct impact of a reported incident, solves it himself or assigns it to the right party.

You are a flexible team player, who is helpful and stress resistant and a positive personality

You have a very good general knowledge of IT (Windows OS, Office, basic networks, tcp/ip, switches, basic server management, active directory, .......)
