As Tech Lead Azure Data Engineering, you’ll be a true Azure ambassador for your team. Your strengths are staying on top of innovations in the domain of Azure and inspiring your colleagues to continue implementing innovation in their day-to-day tasks.

• Part of your day-to-day job with Algorhythm will be as a Solution Architect or Data Engineer and will allow you to continue to have hands-on technical experience by having your own projects with clients.
• As a technical hands-on coach, you'll serve as the go-to person for team members with questions about tooling and are always eager to help them out when they run into issues.
• You'll play a major part in our hiring and selection process of new Data Engineers and will coach our junior team members where needed until they are ready to lift off!
• Furthermore, you'll support your team members with their technological growth as you'll assist with the development of their individual learning trajectories, with respect to their individual personal and professional aspirations, to lift the unit to the next level and enable them to flourish within their position.
• Within the landscape of Azure, you're a key player and ambassador for Algorhythm. You'll create a sustainable network by attending technical and networking events, and you'll be the first point of contact for potential partners and vendors.
• As part of your technical expertise and interest, you'll take part in the development of the overarching architecture and framework within the technological landscape of Algorhythm.
• To allow knowledge exchange, you'll stimulate knowledge sharing sessions with colleagues in other domains and other partners, and actively contribute to the development of a knowledge library within Algorhythm.
• From a pre-sales perspective, you'll take part in maintaining and strengthening the relationships with key accounts and business relations. You’re able to identify important partners, and are alert for spotting potential business opportunities and new clients.
• In fact, you’ll act as a true entrepreneur when you take technological decisions. You translate the vision and strategy of Algorhythm into that of the business unit, and translate these into new initiatives and by developing strategic partnerships.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Azure Cloud Data Engineer or in a similar role, experience with people management is a plus.
• Data Engineering and Solution Architecture is where your passion lies.
• SQL and Python have no secrets for you.
• You are precise, analytically strong and always think in terms of solutions.
• You’re a fluid communicator both internally as well as externally on IT and business level.
